Exchanges and Returns
In the rare circumstance you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we would be pleased to offer you a refund! We strive to ensure that the return process is as painless as possible.
Returns must be reported within 15 days of your purchase. After notifying us, you will have an additional 15 days to return the product.
The gloves must be returned in new and unused condition, in perfect shape, with all protective materials in place, and — importantly — with the original yellow return tag still attached. This yellow tag is attached to the gloves to verify that the product has not been used.
👉 Once this tag is removed, the item can no longer be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of use, wear, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
Only returns that meet the above conditions and follow the correct procedure will be eligible for reimbursement.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and you are free to use any carrier of your choice (e.g. PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, GLS).
Important: Once you ship your return, please make sure to email us the track & trace number. Without it, we are unable to track your package and cannot process your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of use, wear, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

If you would like to exchange your gloves for a different size , we are happy to offer free exchanges.
Return shipping costs only apply to refunds, not exchanges.
